6 Black Copper Marans Eggs (1/2 Dozen)

Looking for some nice dark chocolate brown eggs!  Our Marans line came directly from Greenfire Farms A line (French National Egg Champion) in 2017.  This rare breed of Marans were directly imported from National Champion French bloodlines. Our beautiful hens produce gorgeous dark chocolate brown FBCM eggs. They range from 6-8 on the Marans color chart. 
This breed has beautiful feathered legs with copper colored feathers on the neck. Their combs, wattles, ear lobes and face should be red. Marans eye color is orange. The shanks and feet should be slate or pink. Soles of the feet are white as is the skin of the bird. The Black Copper plumage must be red with no mahogany or yellow tones. The male should have a black breast with minimal spotting on his chest.
Fertility is checked often and is excellent!
We also offer this product in a full dozen as well.
We are mainly going to offer day old chicks this season. Hatching eggs will be available on a limited basis in between setting our incubators for chick orders. We will post hatching eggs for availability on our Facebook page.  
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Payments are required in full at the time of purchase. Once your order is placed, that will reserve your spot in line. Orders are sent out depending upon when payment is received and availability. Please check with us on your estimated shipping date prior to placing your order. That way you have a rough idea when you can expect your chicks or hatching eggs to arrive. 
We will begin shipping out hatching egg orders and filling local chick orders the beginning of March. It will be safe for us to start shipping out chicks in April. We usually have a wait list for both eggs and chicks.
